Khaiyam Art was founded in 1947 as a hand-lettering and signwriting studio, painting shopfronts and cinema hoardings by hand in an era before electric light dominated the skyline. As neon, then LED, transformed what a sign could do, the workshop grew with it — adding metal fabrication, acrylic forming, and in-house electrical assembly under one roof.
Three generations later, that same founding instinct still guides every project: a sign is not just a marker of a business, it's the first handshake between a brand and the street. Today Khaiyam Art manufactures for retail chains, corporate offices, and architects who want that handshake to feel considered, not mass-produced.

Design & Consultation
We visit or review your site, understand your brand and visibility needs, and propose materials, lighting, and dimensions — with a detailed sketch and quote before anything is built.
Manufacturing
Your sign is fabricated in-house — metalwork, acrylic forming, LED or neon assembly, and finishing — under the same roof, with quality checks at every stage of production.
Installation
Our own installation team mounts and wires the finished sign on site, tests illumination, and hands it over ready to switch on — with support for maintenance after.
